About Us

Selly Oak Driving School was established in 1987 and been responsible for training of many thousands of learner drivers ever since. Our specialty is in good quality basic driving lessons that emcompasses all aspects of the driving theory. We also provide a range of intensive driving courses for those in a hurry.

Foreign Students

Selly Oak Driving School instructors have many years experience teaching foriegn students from Birmingham University and people for whom English is a second language. We understand the worries and concerns of foriegn learner drivers and we do everything we can to help make your driving lesson  experience safe, comfortable and relaxed. Driving Assessments

We at Selly Oak Driving School Birmingham believe in the importantance to learn safe driving practice from the beginning of your driving career because a bad habit learned is hard to break. Learning safe driving habits from the start will improve the safety of yourself and other road users. With this in mind we recommed new drivers or transferring pupils take one of our Assessment Driving Lessons with a specialist instructor who will point out and help you focus on any weak points or bad habits you may have picked up already.
